I submitted a form but have not received an offer yet?
If you received an email confirmation that your form was submitted successfully and it has been more then a day. Please call or email us and we will get back to you right away. If you did not receive and email confirmation then there was an error with your web submission and we kindly request that you submit a new web form.
Do I have to accept the offer that was sent to me?
You are not required to accept any offer if you do not like it. But we will let you know when we have offered the highest amount that we will pay for your item.
Why has my original offer been rejected?
The main reason an offer is rejected is that the monetary value of the item and your asking price is not worth us purchasing. We rarely ever buy an item that has an asking price that has less then a 15% margin then the monetary value.
If I have multiple items can I submit one form or do I need to a submit a form for each item?
No, you can submit one form but please specify that you have more then one item in the additional information box so that we can quote you appropriately. Also be as detailed as possible for each item you list.
How do I talk to a live agent?
Click on the live chat button at the top of any tab of our website. We offer live agent support during normal business hours. If you are trying to reach us after hours please send us an email or message us through our live support portal and we will get back to you the next business day.
I don't know what I have?
If you are unsure on what type of item you have Click here to see examples. But if we do not have an exampel of the item you are interested in selling. Please contact us and we will be more then glad to assist in figuring if it is an item we can purchase.
What if the item I have for sale is not listed on your form?
click on the Sell tab and there is the web form.
Payments and PayPal
How do I get paid?
You get paid as soon as you have accepted the offer and provided us with the details needed to close the sale. As soon as that information is received we will send payment and it will show up in your PayPal account right away.
Is the payment transaction safe?
Yes, the payment transaction is very safe. By using PayPal this allows for a mediation if there is very any kind of issue with the purchase/sale of the item. Also, there is more risk for us as a company then for you as the seller because once we have submitted the money you can withdraw the funds right away.
I don't have a paypal account, how do I get paid?
If you do not have a PayPal account it is very easy to set one up. Click here and this page has both step by step guides and videos on how to setup a paypal account along with how to request payment and withdraw funds.
I don’t want to use PayPal. Can you just send a check or pay me directly?
For a safe and secure transaction sending payments via PayPal is the only way we will pay at this time. In the future, it may change but using Paypal is a secure method for you as a seller and us as the buyer.
